Statue of Responsibility

Aspiring leaders use "I" too much. It's perfectly acceptable to take credit for all of your successes. The check engine light comes on the moment your statues of success outweigh your statues of responsibility. "I did that" is just as powerful as "I'm sorry I didn't do that." Don't ever be convinced that "I am responsible for..." is only corrolative to good things. Take heed, lest you fall.
